With over 25 years of experience in the local construction industry, Regis is the founder of TRG Architects PSC. He is actively involved in marketing, research, concept development and architectural design. Regis has a particular interest in history and conservation for which he is often invited to lecture about both cultural and natural conservation practices as well as sustainable design strategies. Throughout his career, he has been awarded with diverse recognitions, such as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Services Category Award) and The Puerto Rico Sales & Marketing Executives Association Top Management Award.He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design and a Master’s Degree in Architecture both from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus.

Magdiel joined the practice in 1999, and became an Associate in 2000. He is in charge of managing and overlooking the firm’s design process as well documenting construction development. Since 2001 Magdiel has been a professor at the New School of Architecture in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He has collaborated with the Puerto Rico College of Architects as Auditor, member of its Board of Directors and Editorial Board of its Entorno Publication. Magdiel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and Master’s Degree in Architecture both from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. He was awarded the Bronze Medal for excellence in design as an architectural student from the Puerto Rico College of Architects (CAAPPR).

Olga joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 1999. She is the head designer for commercial retail and medical services projects. She has lead improvements to the Puerto Rico Cardiovascular & Pediatric Hospitals, remodeling for diverse medical facilities and acted as expert consultant for the development of psychiatric and dialysis centers in the island. She also overlooks office management, contracting and sub-consultancy agreements. Olga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design and a Master’s Degree in Architecture, both from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, where she was awarded the Henry Adams AIA Award and the Charles Patterson Award for Historic Documentation. She imparts her design background to every phase of her life and work.
